These Terms of Use govern your use of ThingCost ("the App"), developed by theknack. By using the App, you agree to these terms.
ThingCost is a personal finance utility that calculates the daily cost of your purchases. The App is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
The App offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("Unlimited Items") that removes the 3-item limit. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.
All data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. We do not have access to your data.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by theknack and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Cost calculations are based on the data you provide and are intended as estimates only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, theknack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
