AquaFaste ("we", "our", "the app") is a hydration tracking app developed by The Knack. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we handle your data.
Health Data: AquaFaste reads your body weight (with your permission) from Apple Health to calculate your personalized daily hydration goal. We write your water intake data to Apple Health so it's available alongside your other health data.
Local Data: Your hydration logs, preferences, and settings are stored locally on your device using SwiftData. This data is not transmitted to any server.
Anonymous Analytics: AquaFaste uses TelemetryDeck for privacy-friendly, anonymous usage analytics. TelemetryDeck does not collect personal data, device identifiers, or IP addresses. It uses differential privacy to provide aggregated insights without identifying individual users. No advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking is used. TelemetryDeck is fully GDPR and CCPA compliant.
No Advertising: We do not display ads and do not share any data with advertisers.
All your data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate any servers that store your personal data. If you delete the app, all local data is removed.
AquaFaste offers optional premium subscriptions managed through Apple's App Store. Purchase history and billing are handled entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.
AquaFaste does not integrate with any third-party services other than Apple HealthKit (with your explicit permission) and Apple StoreKit (for in-app purchases).
AquaFaste does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
