dB Meter is a sound level measurement app developed by TheKnack. Your privacy is our priority.
We do not collect any personal data. dB Meter does not require an account, does not use analytics SDKs, does not contain ads, and does not track you in any way.
The app requests microphone access solely to measure ambient sound levels. Audio is processed in real-time on your device and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.
If you grant location permission, your approximate location is stored locally with your measurement records to help you remember where readings were taken. Location data never leaves your device.
dB Meter uses Apple's StoreKit for optional in-app purchases (Pro subscription and lifetime unlock). Payment is processed by Apple. No other third-party payment services are used.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
