No app or book honestly can — several books of the official 81-entry Tewahedo canon have never been published in English. The Canon Map inside the app shows exactly which books exist in English, which are partial, and which remain untranslated, with the source of every translation. That honesty is the point of the app.
Every book names its translator, year, source and license on its provenance card, and the full list is in Settings → Licenses & Sources. Highlights include the KJV (ebible.org), R. H. Charles's Enoch (1917) and Jubilees (1902), the 1840 Book of Jasher, and the Wikisource community translations of 1–3 Meqabyan (CC BY-SA 4.0).

Yes — completely. Every text ships inside the app; nothing is downloaded or streamed.
Long-press any verse in the reader to highlight it (four colors), bookmark it, or copy it with its reference. Everything you save appears under Library → the bookmark icon, and can be exported as Markdown with the Full Library unlock.
