Overview

Lumifaste ("the App") is developed by The Knack. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data Stored on Your Device Only

The following data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to any server:

Fasting session history (start time, end time, duration, plan type)
App settings and preferences
Onboarding selections (fasting goal, preferred plan)

iCloud Sync (Optional)

If you have iCloud enabled, your fasting data may sync between your Apple devices via Apple's CloudKit. This data is encrypted and managed entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

Analytics (Anonymous)

We use TelemetryDeck for anonymous, privacy-first analytics. TelemetryDeck does not collect personal data, does not use advertising identifiers, and is fully GDPR compliant. We collect:

App usage patterns (which features are used, session duration)
Device type and iOS version (anonymized)
Crash reports

Data We Do NOT Collect

Names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information
Location data
Photos, contacts, or browsing history
Advertising identifiers (no IDFA)
Health data from HealthKit is processed on-device only

Advertising

Lumifaste contains zero advertisements. We do not integrate any ad networks, tracking pixels, or advertising SDKs.

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional Premium subscriptions. All purchase transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

Children's Privacy

Lumifaste is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
