NoBuy is a personal no-spend tracking application that helps users build mindful spending habits. The App allows you to log daily spending decisions, track streaks, and view personal statistics.
NoBuy offers a one-time in-app purchase ("NoBuy Pro") that unlocks additional features. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
NoBuy Pro is a one-time (non-consumable) purchase. There are no auto-renewable subscriptions.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and data. The App stores all data locally on your device.
NoBuy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The App is a personal tracking tool and does not constitute financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial advisor for financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheKnack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
All content, design, and code in NoBuy are owned by TheKnack and protected by copyright law.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
