Why does the currency screen say the rates are a few days old?

Because they are, and we would rather say so. The European Central Bank publishes reference rates once per working day, around 16:00 CET — so on a Sunday the newest published figures are Friday's. Ratora shows the publication date and the age rather than implying a live price.

Why is currency the paid part?

A unit factor is a constant: an inch will be 2.54 cm forever, so that half of the app is free forever and needs no subscription. Rates are different — they have a date, and keeping them current is an ongoing service. That is what Ratora Pro pays for.

One cup of flour and one cup of sugar give different grams. Is that a bug?

No — that is the point. Flour is about 125 g per cup and granulated sugar about 200 g. Most converters apply water's density to everything and are wrong by nearly half. Choose the ingredient in the cooking room and the answer is true.

How do I cancel Ratora Pro?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Ratora. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the period ends stops the next renewal.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Open Ratora, go to Library → Settings → Restore purchases.

Does Ratora work offline?

Every unit family works with no network at all. Currency uses the last rate table it fetched and tells you the day it was published.
