Overview

FanWake ("the App") is a dual-color flashing alarm clock application. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

Data We Collect

Purchase Data

Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information.

Motion Data

If you use the "Shake to Dismiss" alarm feature, the App uses your device's accelerometer to detect shaking. This data is processed locally on your device and is never stored or transmitted.

Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect your name, email, or personal identity
We do not collect alarm times, colors, or settings
We do not track your usage patterns
We do not store any data on external servers
All alarm data stays on your device only
We do not use cookies or track individual users

Analytics

None. FanWake contains no analytics or tracking software of any kind. Earlier versions of this app included a privacy-focused analytics tool; it was removed in version 3.0 and the app now ships with no measurement code at all. Its App Store privacy label reads "Data Not Collected".

Subscriptions

FanWake offers auto-renewable subscriptions managed by Apple:

Monthly: $4.99/month
Yearly: $49.99/year — both plans include a 7-day free trial

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.

Children's Privacy

FanWake is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
