Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Flockora ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple Standard EULA"), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA conflict, the Apple Standard EULA governs your license to use the app.

2. The app

Flockora is developed and distributed by TheKnack. It helps you track eggs, hens, health records, feed and costs, and incubation. All of your records are stored locally on your device.

3. Not veterinary advice

Flockora is a record-keeping and budgeting tool. Its health features let you log observations, symptoms, treatments, and reminders; they do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or provide medical or veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for the health of your birds. You are solely responsible for the care of your flock and for decisions you make.

4. Flockora Pro, subscriptions, and purchases

• Flockora is free to download and use. Flockora Pro unlocks Egg Economics, the Hatch Day Live Activity, weather advisories, CSV/PDF export, and unlimited insights history.
• Pro is available as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. The yearly subscription includes a free trial where offered.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your device Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Prices are shown in the app in your local currency and are set by us within Apple's price tiers. All purchases are processed by Apple; refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and not to use it in violation of applicable law. The app is licensed, not sold, to you.

6. Your content

The records you create are yours. Because they live on your device, you are responsible for keeping your own backups (for example, via Apple's iCloud Backup). Deleting the app deletes its local data.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate (such as cost per egg, break-even, or feed days remaining) is exact — these are informational estimates derived from the data you enter.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheKnack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any loss of data or any decision made about your flock. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and EU/UK consumers retain their statutory rights.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above will change accordingly. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Where European Union consumer protections provide stronger rights, those rights apply to EU residents.
