Terms of Use
Effective: July 10, 2026
Migora is a tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the app is a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a healthcare professional about your health, your symptoms, and any medication.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Migora (the "app"), you agree to these Terms of Use together with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If you disagree with these terms, do not use the app.
2. Who you're contracting with
The app is developed and distributed by TheKnack (the "developer"). Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
3. License
Subject to these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Migora on any Apple device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
4. Medical disclaimer
Migora is designed to help you track and understand your own migraine patterns. It does not predict, diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical condition, and it does not provide medical advice. Any summaries, correlations, pressure information, medication-day counts, or reports the app produces are informational only, are based solely on what you enter, and must not be used as a basis for medical decisions. The doctor report the app can generate is a convenience for sharing your own records with a clinician — it is not a clinical assessment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you saw in Migora. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
5. Migora Pro — Subscription & Purchase Terms
Migora Pro unlocks premium features via in-app purchase. Three options are available:
- Monthly subscription — US$5.99 per month, auto-renewing each month until cancelled.
- Yearly subscription — US$34.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial, then auto-renewing each year until cancelled.
- Lifetime unlock — US$69.99 one-time purchase (a non-consumable), no subscription, no auto-renewal.
The monthly and yearly options are auto-renewable subscriptions in the "Migora Pro" subscription group. Prices shown are US App Store prices; your local price is displayed in the app at the time of purchase. The free version of Migora remains fully usable without any purchase — unlimited attack logging, Attack Mode, your full calendar and history, daily check-ins, CSV export, and today's pressure with basic trend are always free and are never locked.
6. Free trial and auto-renewal
- The Yearly subscription includes a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription begins automatically and your Apple ID is charged the yearly price.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged the renewal fee within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase the subscription during the trial period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or through the App Store. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the current paid period.
- The Lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase — it does not renew and is never charged again.
7. Prices
Prices are displayed in the app and on the App Store at the time of purchase, in your local currency. Pricing may vary by region under Apple's purchasing-power-parity adjustments. We may change prices for future billing periods; any change is shown before it takes effect, and continued renewal after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
8. Refunds
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
9. Your content and acceptable use
The attacks, symptoms, medications, triggers, check-ins, assessments, and notes you enter in Migora are yours; you retain full ownership of your own content, and it stays on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your own backups where that matters to you. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with, or redistribute the app.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Migora is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of medical or clinical accuracy. Reminders and pressure alerts depend on your device, network, and system settings; we do not guarantee that any notification will be delivered at a particular time, or at all.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TheKnack shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including any health decision made in reliance on the app or any missed reminder. In jurisdictions where this limitation is not enforceable — including many EU member states and other consumer-protection jurisdictions — our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding any claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Updated Terms will appear on this page with a new effective date. Material changes are surfaced in-app.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Where European Union consumer protections provide stronger rights, those rights apply to EU residents. You may bring any claim in your country of residence.
