Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Shrinkora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What Shrinkora is

Shrinkora is developed and distributed by TheKnack. It compresses videos locally using your device's own hardware video encoder. It requires no account, and it has no network access — your videos are processed entirely on your device.

3. Free tier and Shrinkora Pro

• Shrinkora includes 3 free compressions at full quality, with no time limit and no watermark.
• Shrinkora Pro unlocks unlimited compressions, batch mode, and every destination including custom megabyte targets.
• Pro is offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app.

4. Purchases and renewals

Purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your Apple account settings. The lifetime option is a single non-consumable purchase. There is no free trial.

5. Acceptable use

Use Shrinkora only with videos you have the right to use. You are responsible for the content you compress and share.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a compressed file will meet a specific size in every case — estimates are computed from the video you provide and target a size under the cap you choose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheKnack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any loss of data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and EU/UK consumers retain their statutory rights.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Where EU consumer protections provide stronger rights, those rights apply to EU residents.
