Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Cadora (the "app"), you agree to these Terms of Use together with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If you disagree with these terms, do not use the app.

2. Who you're contracting with

The app is developed and distributed by TheKnack (the "developer"). Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

3. License

Subject to these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Cadora on any Apple device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

4. Cadora Pro — Subscription & Purchase Terms

Cadora Pro unlocks premium features via in-app purchase. Two options are available:

• Monthly subscription — auto-renewing each month until cancelled.
• Yearly subscription — with a 7-day free trial, then auto-renewing each year until cancelled.

The exact amount is always shown in the app, on the purchase screen, before you buy — that figure comes from the App Store for your region and is the price you are charged. This page deliberately does not repeat it: a number written here would be a second source of truth, and the one that goes stale.

A Lifetime unlock was offered in earlier versions and is no longer sold. If you already bought it, it remains yours: restoring purchases re-applies it, and it never renews or charges again.

The subscriptions are auto-renewable subscriptions in the "Cadora Pro" subscription group. Title of subscription: Cadora Pro. Length of subscription: 1 month or 1 year, renewing at the end of each period. Prices shown are US App Store prices; your local price is displayed in the app at the time of purchase. As a member of the Apple Small Business Program, the developer's commission terms with Apple do not change the price you pay.

5. Free trial and auto-renewal

• The Yearly subscription includes a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription begins automatically and your Apple ID is charged the yearly price.
• The subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged the renewal fee within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase the subscription during the trial period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or through the App Store. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the current paid period.

6. Prices

Prices are displayed in the app and on the App Store at the time of purchase, in your local currency. Pricing may vary by region under Apple's purchasing-power-parity adjustments. We may change prices for future billing periods; any change is shown before it takes effect, and continued renewal after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

7. Refunds

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

8. Family Sharing

The monthly and yearly subscriptions are not configured for Family Sharing. A previously purchased Lifetime unlock remains eligible under Apple's terms.

9. Your content and acceptable use

The people, occasions, gift ideas, notes, and photos you add in Cadora are yours; you retain full ownership of your own content, and it stays on your device and in your own iCloud (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for having the appropriate basis to store information about other people that you choose to add. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with, or redistribute the app.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Cadora is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Reminders depend on your device and system settings; we do not guarantee that any notification will be delivered at a particular time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TheKnack shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including any missed occasion or reminder. In jurisdictions where this limitation is not enforceable — including many EU member states and other consumer-protection jurisdictions — our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding any claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Updated Terms will appear on this page with a new effective date. Material changes are surfaced in-app.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Where European Union consumer protections provide stronger rights, those rights apply to EU residents. You may bring any claim in your country of residence.
