Support
A pocket precision toolbox: level, ruler, angle finder and sound check. Write to us and a person answers.
We usually reply within two business days. Telling us your iPhone model and iOS version makes the first reply a useful one.
The readings look off
Rest the phone flat on the surface you are measuring and let it settle — the readout is critically damped and takes a moment to seat. If your device reads a small constant offset, open Settings › Calibration and set a fine tilt offset against a surface you trust. Readings depend on your device sensors and are meant for everyday use, not certified measurement.
Managing Caliper Pro
Caliper Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, and both plans start with a 7-day free trial. To view, change or cancel it, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not delete anything you measured.
I bought Pro before and it is gone
Tap RESTORE at the top of the Caliper Pro screen, or Settings › Restore purchase, while signed in to the same Apple Account you bought it with. If you bought Pro as a one-time purchase, it stays yours permanently and nothing renews.
What happens to my readings without Pro
Nothing is deleted. The free tier surfaces your most recent 25 readings; anything beyond that stays on the phone and becomes readable again when Pro resumes.
The microphone
The sound check needs microphone access to show a live level. Audio is measured on the device and is never recorded, stored or sent anywhere. If you decline, every other instrument keeps working.
Privacy
No ads, no tracking, no accounts. Everything is measured on your device and stays there — see the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.
