A city is missing?

Citora ships every city on Earth with a population above ~5,000 (69,000+ cities), fully offline. If yours is smaller than that, tell us — the dataset grows with each release.

New phone?

Export your record on the old phone (Settings → Export my map), send the file to the new one, and import it. Everything — marks, notes, photos — comes back.

Subscription help?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.
