Terms of Use

Effective: August 8, 2026 · Last updated: August 8, 2026

The short version:

Coneglow is a record-keeping tool for potters. It is yours to use on your own devices, your records stay on your phone, and Coneglow Pro is an auto-renewing subscription you can cancel any time in your Apple account settings.

1. Agreement

By downloading or using Coneglow you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which governs your licence to the app.

2. What Coneglow is — and is not

Coneglow records what you tell it: pieces, glazes, recipes, test tiles and firings. It is a notebook, not an authority.

3. Coneglow Pro

4. Your content

Everything you record stays yours. It lives on your device; we never receive it and cannot access it. Keeping your own backups (device backup, or your own exports) is your responsibility, and we are not able to recover records from a lost or wiped device.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, and do not use it in a way that breaks applicable law.

6. Disclaimer and liability

Coneglow is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for lost records, spoiled work, wasted materials, damaged kilns, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under the consumer law that applies to you.

7. Changes

These terms may change as the app changes; the effective date above will be updated. Continuing to use Coneglow after a change means you accept the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Where European Union consumer protections provide stronger rights, those rights apply to EU residents.
