Horizora — Terms of Use

The app

Horizora is an event countdown app for iPhone, made by TheKnack. Using it means accepting these terms.

What is free

The Home Screen widget is free at every size, permanently. So are up to ten countdowns, every event family, count-ups, milestones, notes, editing and deleting, and automatic backup and restore. The free plan is not a trial and does not expire.

Horizora Pro — subscription terms

Horizora Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered as a monthly or a yearly plan. It adds five things: unlimited countdowns, a photo behind a countdown, Lock Screen and StandBy widgets, one widget that rotates through several countdowns, and custom milestone reminders.

A 7-day free trial is offered to new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at the end of the trial.
The subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions at any time.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Prices are shown in the app in your local currency and are set by Apple's price tiers.

Your content

The dates, notes and photos you keep are yours. They are stored on your device; we have no access to them and no copy of them.

Backups are your responsibility to keep

Horizora writes a backup file into your own iCloud Drive when you ask it to. We do not host it and cannot restore it for you. Please keep a backup if the dates matter to you.

No warranty

Horizora is provided as is. We work hard to make it correct and to make sure it never loses what you keep, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of faults or available at all times.

Changes

These terms may change; the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the app after a change means accepting it.
