By downloading, installing, or using Micro Journal ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Micro Journal is a personal journaling application that allows you to write one sentence per day, track your mood, and maintain a writing streak. The App stores all data locally on your device.
You retain all rights to the journal entries and content you create within the App. Micro Journal does not claim any ownership or license to your content. Your entries are stored solely on your device and are not accessible to us.
Micro Journal offers optional Pro subscriptions with the following plans:
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed via the App Store. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple through their standard refund process.
You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for data loss due to device damage, iOS updates, app deletion, or other causes. We recommend using the Export feature to back up your journal entries.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
