Saponora sums each oil on its own saponification value rather than averaging the blend, applies your superfat, and always rounds the result down to a tenth of a gram. Rounding down errs toward a softer bar; rounding up would hand you lye the recipe never asked for. Choose water by percentage of oils, by lye concentration, or by a water-to-lye ratio — the figure shown is the one you weigh.
Two things have to be true before Saponora says READY. The curve has to flatten — measured from at least three weigh-ins — and the bar has to have sat for at least 21 days. A bar cured in a humid room can flatten in a week, and calling that ready would be advice that hurts. When the curve is flat but the clock is not, the rack says so.
The air gap beneath a curing bar is how far it still has to go. It closes as water leaves, and the bar sits down on its slat when the plateau lands. The day count beside it is the primary read; the gap confirms it.
Hold the row and amend it. The corrected row keeps what it used to say, so the record stays honest about its own edits. Deleted batches come back for 30 days — the rack offers an undo at once, and the book keeps a Deleted section for the rest of the window.
The studio measures a fragrance against the published IFRA limit for rinse-off products, as a percentage of the finished bar — which is what the limit governs — and shows your working figure as a percentage of oils alongside. Where our reference table carries no limit for a category, it says so. That is missing evidence, not permission: check the supplier's certificate.
Saponora asks for notifications at your first pour, with its own card, and never on the first screen. If you decline, nothing breaks: the rack still counts the days, sorts the closest-to-ready first, and marks a weigh-in due. Settings has one switch if you change your mind.
