Tidora: Swipe Photo Cleaner
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Tidora ("the app"), developed and operated by TheKnack. By downloading or using Tidora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Tidora is made available through the Apple App Store. Your use is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of a conflict between Apple's EULA and these Terms, Apple's EULA takes precedence only with respect to Apple's obligations and rights.
Subject to these Terms, TheKnack grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Tidora on Apple devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not: copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the app; reverse-engineer or decompile the app; remove proprietary notices; or use the app in any way that violates applicable law.
Prices are in USD. Prices in other currencies are set by Apple and may vary. All prices are subject to change with notice.
The Yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method on file with Apple will be charged the yearly subscription price. You may cancel at any time during the trial via your App Store account settings.
Monthly and Yearly subscriptions are auto-renewing. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Pro access until that date. TheKnack does not process subscription management directly — all billing is handled by Apple.
Refund requests are handled by Apple. Contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com. TheKnack does not issue refunds directly.
The Lifetime plan is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase. It grants permanent Pro access for the lifetime of the app. TheKnack reserves the right to discontinue the app, but will provide reasonable notice and endeavor to honor lifetime access for as long as the app remains available.
The Lifetime purchase supports Family Sharing if enabled in your App Store settings. Monthly and Yearly subscriptions do not support Family Sharing under the current Apple subscription framework.
To restore a previous purchase on a new device, use Settings → Restore Purchase within Tidora.
Tidora is free to download. The free tier includes 50 swipes per day, access to the month map and On This Day rounds, Screenshots sweep, and Large Files sweep. The daily swipe limit resets at midnight local time. Unlimited swipes, full Smart Sweeps (duplicates, keep-the-best), unlimited undo history, and advanced stats are Pro features.

If you use iCloud Photos with "Optimize iPhone Storage" enabled, deleting a photo in Tidora removes it from your iCloud library, not merely from local device storage. The deletion propagates to all devices sharing the same iCloud Photos library. Please ensure you understand your iCloud Photos configuration before confirming deletions.
You are solely responsible for reviewing items in the basket before confirming deletion. Tidora provides an undo button during a round and a full review grid before the final confirmation step. Use these safeguards. TheKnack is not responsible for any loss of photos or videos resulting from your use of the deletion features.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
THEKNACK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
THEKNACK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTENT IN YOUR PHOTO LIBRARY. THE APP ONLY HELPS YOU REVIEW AND MANAGE PHOTOS YOU HAVE CHOSEN TO REVIEW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THEKNACK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
THEKNACK'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THEKNACK FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Tidora and all related content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the software, design, graphics, and branding) are owned by TheKnack and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "Tidora" and the Tidora logo are proprietary to TheKnack.
Your photo library content remains entirely yours. Tidora claims no ownership or license over any photos or videos in your library.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Tidora integrates with Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases and TelemetryDeck for anonymous analytics. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. TheKnack is not responsible for the practices of those third parties.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice. Continued use of the app after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the revised Terms, please uninstall the app.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or TheKnack. TheKnack may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, TheKnack, or third parties. Upon termination, your license to use the app ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, 8, and 9) will survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence, which cannot be overridden by a choice-of-law clause. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Türkiye, subject to the above EU consumer-law rights.
