By downloading, installing, or using Vettie ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
Use of the App
Vettie is a pet health tracking tool designed to help you organize vaccination records, vet visits, weight logs, and other pet care information. The app is for personal, non-commercial use only.
Medical Disclaimer
Important: Vettie is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app is a record-keeping tool only. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for your pet's health concerns. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information recorded in the app.
Subscriptions
Vettie offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase for premium features:
- Monthly Premium: $4.99/month (1-week free trial)
- Yearly Premium: $29.99/year (2-week free trial)
- Lifetime Access: $79.99 one-time purchase
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Free Tier
Vettie provides core features for free, including one pet profile with full access to vaccination tracking, weight logging, diary entries, and reminders. Premium unlocks unlimited pets, PDF export, widgets, and analytics.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
- You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
- You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to reverse-engineer it.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in Vettie are the property of theknack. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Vettie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, damages, or issues arising from the use of the app. Since all data is stored locally on your device, we cannot recover deleted data.
Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time. Your access to the app may be terminated if you violate these terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Apple's standard EULA where applicable.
